Job description

We are looking   for a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain an active online presence.

Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and short-form content.

Write captions, hashtags, and audience-focused social media content.

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

Monitor engagement, followers, and overall social media performance.

Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas.

Assist with content calendars and social media growth strategies.

Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements.

Maintain consistent branding, tone, and posting schedules.

Requirements

Previous experience in social media management or virtual assistance is preferred.

Good written communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow instructions.

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
